为了认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于加强国际传播工作的重要指示，我们联合国内和香港地区部分爱党爱国企业家和媒体机构共同投资，于2022年10月在香港特别行政区注册成立了香港环球卫视国际传媒集团，并于2023年4月获国家广电总局电视节目制作经营许可证，2024年4月香港环球卫视网站www.hkgstv.com等域名获工信部ICP备案，2024年7月香港环球卫视网站www.hkgstv.com等域名获北京市公安局公共网络安全备案。2023年，在河北成立融媒体中心，作为我台讲好中国故事、传播中华文化的试点运营中心。
经过两年多的筹备工作，香港环球卫视于2024年9月1日，依托中国亚太通信卫星公司牌照，通过亚太国际7号卫星C波段，以24小时不加密开放式上星开播，成功将电视节目覆盖亚洲、中东、非洲、澳大利亚、欧洲等138个国家和地区。同时，通过香港环球卫视网络电视台、手机频道、新媒体平台以及《香港环球文摘》等全媒体进行国际传播。节目内容涵盖国际国内时政、文化、旅游、农业、科技、民生、教育、体育、健康、少儿等多领域。全频道节目均实现了卫星与网络同步播出，不断扩大了全球传播范围和品牌影响力。 我们致力于为全球观众提供高质量、多元化的节目内容，满足不同文化背景下的观众需求。随着节目内容的不断丰富和国际化战略的深入推进，我们的收视率在全球范围内正在稳步增长。
2024年，我台与海外众多中文媒体携手并肩，成立香港环球卫视国际媒体联盟中心，共同编织覆盖全球的国际传播网络。将中华文化、中国故事、中国声音传播到世界每一个角落，让全球观众感受到来自东方的独特魅力与深厚文化底蕴，开创了我台在国际传媒领域的新篇章。

About Us
In response to President Xi Jinping’s call to strengthen international communication efforts, we collaborated with patriotic entrepreneurs and media organizations from Mainland China and Hong Kong to jointly invest in establishing the Hong Kong Global Satellite TV International Media Group. The group was officially registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in October 2022.In April 2023, we obtained the Television Program Production and Distribution License issued by the National Radio and Television Administration. By April 2024, domain names including www.hkgstv.com received ICP filing approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). In July 2024, these domain names were further registered with the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau for public network security compliance.In 2023, a converged media center was established in Hebei Province as a pilot operation center for Hong Kong Global Satellite TV, dedicated to telling China’s stories and promoting Chinese culture.
After over two years of preparation, on September 1, 2024, Hong Kong Global Satellite TV launched 24/7 encrypted satellite broadcasts on the Asia-Pacific 7 Satellite’s C-band, in cooperation with China’s Asia-Pacific Communication Satellite Company. This coverage reaches 138 countries and regions across Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, and Oceania. Additionally, the channel reaches international audiences through Hong Kong Global Satellite TV’s online network, mobile channel, and new media platforms, as well as its publication Hong Kong Global Digest. Programming spans a wide range of topics, including international and domestic current affairs, culture, tourism, agriculture, technology, social issues, education, sports, health, and children’s content. All programs are broadcast simultaneously via satellite and online, continually expanding the channel’s global reach and brand impact. We are committed to delivering high-quality, diverse content to meet the needs of a global audience from varied cultural backgrounds. With a continuously enriched program lineup and deepening international strategy, our viewership is steadily increasing worldwide.
In 2024, we joined hands with numerous Chinese-language media outlets overseas to establish the Hong Kong Global Satellite TV International Media Alliance, creating a global communication network to bring Chinese culture, stories, and perspectives to every corner of the world. This initiative opens a new chapter for us in international media, offering global audiences an authentic view of the unique charm and cultural heritage of China.
